Life has its ways of letting you know where you need to be. After a health scare in 2014, I decided I wasn’t going to wait any longer to build the home I’d been dreaming of. While I’d traveled all up and down the Carolina Coast, I knew that Southport was where I should be. Shortly after breaking ground, I met my Aussie husband for the first time at the Southport Waterfront Park.
As the home I imagined was coming to life, Oz and I began planning. Leveraging Oz's love and talent for building and fixing things and my business and project management skills and expertise, we began a residential remodeling business in 2017. We spent over five years breathing new life into homes in our beloved community and beyond. Check out some of our projects here.
For 2023, we’re shifting our focus. We’re creating solutions for people who need to sell their house but can’t or don’t want to sell on the conventional retail market.
